We are looking for a Group Director of Integrated Media Strategy—a senior practitioner and visionary leader to architect cohesive media ecosystems that drive measurable business growth.
The Role at a Glance
The Group Director is a bridge between high-level boardroom strategy and tactical campaign execution. You will oversee a team of media professionals, ensuring that paid search, social, programmatic, and retail media are integrated into a singular, high-performing engine. This is a role for a storyteller who uses data to inspire client confidence and drive innovation in an AI-evolving landscape.
Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and inspire a team of Associate Directors and Managers; build a culture of accountability and high performance.

Omni-channel Media Architecture: Design sophisticated strategies across Search, Social, Programmatic, Retail Media, Video, and Display.

Strategic Client Partnership: Serve as the senior advisor for enterprise clients, translating complex performance data into actionable business outcomes.

Cross-Functional Integration: Partner with Creative and Analytics teams to test and scale performance-creative that drives ROI.

Operational Oversight: Manage resource planning, staffing, and departmental growth initiatives in collaboration with the Executive Director.

New Business & Growth: Identify scope expansion opportunities and play a lead role in organic growth and new business pitches.
Experience & Requirements

12+ Years of Paid Media Experience: Proven success in leading omni-channel campaigns for enterprise-level clients.

5+ Years of People Management: Expertise in scaling teams and mentoring future leaders.

Technical Mastery: Deep hands-on knowledge of major ad platforms (Google, Meta, Amazon, Programmatic DSPs).

Executive Presence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data for C-suite stakeholders.

Strategic Acumen: Ability to manage large-scale budgets, forecast impact, and link media spend to bottom-line revenue.

Adaptability: A forward-thinking mindset regarding privacy regulations, AI-driven media, and emerging platforms.
