Our Client Services team plays a crucial role in establishing and managing the approach and standards for digital media project delivery and governance, ensuring our clients achieve the highest return on investment. A Modifly Program Manager takes ownership of all media projects within a program to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with set objectives. Confidence and creativity are essential for addressing business needs, managing resources, and resolving any issues that may arise; all while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional media solutions that drive engagement and growth.
Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end delivery of paid media campaigns, including media buying, performance monitoring, and optimization across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, etc
- Ensure campaigns are executed on time, within scope, and on budget, while meeting client performance benchmarks.
- Develop, maintain, and regularly update timelines shared with internal stakeholders, tracking production schedules and providing updates to teams
- Track and manage the workload of contractors and designers, offering clear direction, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with internal teams
- Coordinate with the paid media team to allocate budgets, adjust bids, and optimize audience targeting to maximize ROI
- Lead monthly financial reconciliations for media projects, working with finance to ensure accurate media spend reports are completed and shared with clients
- Work closely with the account team to manage any necessary external approval submissions (e.g., clients, legal teams, etc.).
- Proactively identify risks to campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet objectives
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure ad creatives align with media strategies and are optimized for various platforms
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and exceed client expectations
Requirements

- 3-5 years of project management experience, ideally within a digital media agency with a focus on paid media
- Proven experience managing paid media campaigns and understanding of media buying processes
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage detailed timelines and multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to work with contractors, designers, and finance teams to manage budgets, schedules, and deliverables
- Excellent communication skills to provide clear project updates and manage stakeholder expectations
- Experience with media invoicing, platform payment management, and financial reconciliation (preferred)
