Project Coordinator

Our Client Services team plays a crucial role in establishing and managing the approach and standards for digital media project delivery and governance, ensuring our clients achieve the highest return on investment. A Modifly Program Manager takes ownership of all media projects within a program to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with set objectives. Confidence and creativity are essential for addressing business needs, managing resources, and resolving any issues that may arise; all while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional media solutions that drive engagement and growth.

Responsibilities

    • Assist in coordinating digital media projects, supporting internal teams to ensure all aspects are completed on time and meet client objectives.
    • Maintain project timelines, keeping track of milestones, deadlines, and deliverables, while communicating updates to relevant stakeholders.
    • Help manage resources, ensuring teams are properly allocated to meet project needs and schedules.
    • Track and report on project progress, ensuring any potential delays or issues are flagged and resolved proactively.
    • Assist with preparing client-facing reports and presentations, summarizing project progress, key metrics, and outcomes.
    • Manage communication with internal teams, ensuring all parties are aligned on project goals and expectations.
    • Support the team in managing budgets, invoicing, and financial reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
    • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing project documentation, and maintaining up-to-date records.

Requirements

    • 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role, ideally within a digital marketing or media agency.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Wrike, ClickUp, or similar) is a plus.
    • Eagerness to learn and grow within the project management field.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

      • Full-time with hybrid in-office/remote schedule *In office Tuesdays and Thursdays
$65,000 – $70,000 a year DOE
