Modifly is seeking a full-time Senior Paid Media Manager to join our team with a passion for performance marketing and digital strategy. In this dynamic role, you will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies across paid social and programmatic channels, while collaborating with creative teams to craft compelling advertising campaigns. You’ll also manage client budgets, analyze campaign performance, and guide junior team members, contributing to the continued growth of our clients and team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and implement media strategies across Paid Social and Programmatic channels, including media mix, budget allocation, audience segmentation, creative strategy, KPI development, and measurement frameworks.
- Lead client planning discussions to define KPIs, business objectives, and strategic roadmaps, offering insights for ongoing performance improvement.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns end-to-end, including campaign creation, forecasting, budgeting, pacing, testing, and optimization to achieve client goals.
- Analyze performance data to provide intelligent analysis, interpretation, and actionable recommendations based on data-driven conclusions.
- Troubleshoot dips in performance and make strategic adjustments to maintain or exceed client KPIs.
- Craft and execute unique strategies such as retail media management, programmatic ad buying (e.g., CTV, OLV, DSP Audio, Native), and advanced audience targeting approaches.
- Collaborate with creative teams to brainstorm and refine content and ads tailored to client needs.
- Maintain and grow strong client relationships through effective communication, consistent updates, and strategic recommendations.
- Oversee budget management, ensuring optimal allocation within and across campaigns and channels for maximum ROI.
- Mentor and develop junior team members through delegation, training, and coaching to foster their professional growth.
- Lead account strategies, including launches, scaling, and long-term campaign management.
- Navigate attribution and analytics platforms such as Triplewhale and GA-4 to drive actionable insights.
- Contribute to business development by identifying service expansion opportunities, conducting audits, and supporting the growth of the paid advertising pipeline.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to enhance paid media processes and techniques.
REQUIREMENTS

- 4+ years of experience in media buying with expertise in platforms such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Proven experience in launching and managing programmatic-focused campaigns (e.g., CTV, DSP Audio, Native) and retail media platforms.
- Strong understanding of the marketing funnel and the role of each channel in driving business objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to craft strategies based on client goals and troubleshoot performance issues effectively.
- Experience leading cross-channel client engagements with minimal oversight.
- Strong analytical skills and an aptitude for interpreting performance data to drive campaign success.
- High level of self-accountability and the ability to push teams to meet and exceed goals.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate strategies and results to clients and team members.
- Ability to operate independently in business and analytics platforms while maintaining flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience in DTC, e-commerce, and B2B marketing is highly preferred.
